I am not comfortable being required to wager my own deposit just to withdraw it. I contacted support immediately, and the issue was escalated, however I did not receive any follow-up or update from the promotions team for several days and had to follow up myself. Personally I wouldn’t go into Roulette with just a 20 – consider some tables are minimum 1 euro/pound etc, it’ll be gone in no time.
